Q. How often does it take to complete a divorce in NH?

Q. I’ve been arrested for DWI in NH. What should I do with the Intoxilyzer 5000 Sample Capture Tubes I was given at the police station?

A. First, you should not tamper with the samples or packaging. Do not write on the packaging or attempt to alter the wording. Do not subject the samples or their packaging to extreme temperatures. You should also place a copy of your NH Intoxilyzer 5000 Test Record with the breath tubes. This smaller sheet of paper will have your name on it, a lot of numbers and will be signed by the certified test taker.

Just because the police say you blew over the limits, doesn't mean a Court of law will agree. Attorney Clark sends all breath tubes to his expert chemist for a certified independent analysis. Some law enforcements breath tests are thrown out based on our chemist findings. This can also be helpful on Aggravated DWI and DUI charges.

Deal with your test samples quickly. You need to have them evaluated before your NH Automatic License Suspension (ALS) deadlines are passed.
