Q. If I have a criminal plea agreement with NH State or the Commonwealth and they do not follow the conditions, what should I do?

A. Each case is different. However, this can occur by changes in the Corrections Department Code, DMV, etc. I have found almost all prosecutors will work with me directly to correct the problem. Very rarely, a prosecutor will act improperly and attempt to get two bites from the apple. If you feel this is occurring, I suggest you meet a criminal defense attorney and discuss the situation further. For this meeting in NH you will need your plea agreement and the following Court Order, in the Commonwealth of MA you will need copies of your green sheet.
